Named for a lovely port city in New Zealand that is known for its pristine beaches and rolling hills, Tamaru is also famous for a magnificent art museum as well as the Timaru Botanic Gardens that date back to 1864.
The beautiful, clean pristine white flowers of 'Timaru' have just a hint of green in the very center. Great petal texture for long lasting blooms. This is a strong grower and always comes out on top when tested against the newer white LA type hybrids. Light scent. 3 to 4 Feet. June/July Flowering.
Bulb Size - Our standard for bulbs of this lily cultivar ranges from Premium-size" (16/18 cm) to Exhibition-size" (over 20 cm). Click here for details.
